BOOKINGS for July, August and Easter and half-term holidays are from Saturday to Saturday, commencing at 4pm, finishing at 10am. We will be flexible where possible. Arrival and departure days may be variable at other times of the year, minimum stay three nights. Please ask. |

DEPOSIT: A completed and signed booking form accompanied by a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of the rental must be returned within 10 days of the agreed provisional booking being made to confirm the booking. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start date of the rental then full payment is required immediately. | ||

BALANCE: The balance of the rental cost must be received at least 8 weeks before the start date of the rental, unless we have received written confirmation of cancellation from you. | ||

CANCELLATION:
If you wish to cancel your booking once a deposit or full payment has
been made, we will require a letter signed by the party leader. In the
event of such a cancellation the following charges will apply: Period From receipt of written cancellation to rental start date. Can Cancellation charge as % of total rental cost. More than 8 weeks 25% 5 to 8 weeks 35% 4 to 5 weeks 70% Less than 4 weeks 100% |

SECURITY DEPOSIT: (breakage/damage/cleaning). This is payable at the time of the settlement of the balance (by separate cheque). The amount is £100 and will be refunded after holiday if everything proves to be clean and free of damage before your departure. | ||

The rental includes electricity, gas and water, bed linen, towels and tea towels, but not swimming/beach towels. | ||

The maximum number of people to reside in the property must not exceed 8 (plus baby) unless the owner has given written permission | ||
| The client is recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party’s personal belongings, public liability etc. since these are not covered by the owners’ insurance. | |||
